Delivery of Drawings. The Owner shall cause to be delivered to the City any as-built drawings and electronic files for all Onsite and Offsite Facilities within thirty (30) days after final inspection.
Delivery of Drawings. Upon completion of the Onsite Facilities and Offsite Facilities, the Developer shall provide to the City: (i) three sets of record drawings of the as-built plans, including complete and accurate locations of all Onsite Facilities (ii) autocad plans; (iii) GPS files noting location of the Onsite Facilities and Offsite Facilities; and (iv) certifications sealed by a registered professional engineer stating that the Onsite Facilities and Offsite Facilities are fully completed in substantial compliance with the Plans and Specifications approved by the City and in accordance with the as- built plans.
