Deletion by Customer. Google will enable Customer to delete Customer Data during the Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services. If Customer uses the Services to delete any Customer Data during the Term and that Customer Data cannot be recovered by Customer, this use will constitute an Instruction to Google to delete the relevant Customer Data from Google’s systems in accordance with applicable law. Google will comply with this Instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless European Law requires storage.
Deletion by Customer. IT Farm will enable Customer to delete Live Customer Data during the Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services. If Customer uses the Services to delete any Live Customer Data during the Term and that Live Customer Data cannot be recovered by Customer, this use will constitute an instruction to IT Farm to delete the relevant Live Customer Data from IT Farm’s production systems in accordance with applicable law. IT Farm will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to Appendix 2 Section 3c and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless EU or EU Member State law requires storage.
Deletion by Customer. Provider will enable Customer to delete Customer Personal Data in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services. Provider will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable except where further storage of Customer Personal Data is required by Applicable Law.
Deletion by Customer. Upwork will enable Customer to delete Customer Data during the Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services. If Customer uses the Services to delete any Customer Data during the Term and that Customer Data cannot be recovered by Customer, this use will constitute an instruction to Upwork to delete the relevant Customer Data from Upwork’s systems in accordance with applicable law. Upwork will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable, unless applicable law requires storage.
Deletion by Customer. Enonic will enable Customer to delete Customer Data during the Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services. If Customer uses the Services to delete any Customer Data during the Term and that Customer Data cannot be fully accessed by Customer, this use will constitute an instruction to Enonic to delete the relevant Customer Data from Enonic’s systems in accordance with applicable law. Enonic will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless EU or EU Member State law requires storage.
Deletion by Customer. Cloudwick will enable Customer to delete Customer Data during the Subscription Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Service.
Deletion by Customer. SocialEdge will cooperate with requests of Customer to delete Covered Customer Data during the Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services. SocialEdge will enable Customer to delete such data or will directly comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 30 days, unless any law applicable to SocialEdge requires storage.
Deletion by Customer. LearningBook will enable Customer to delete Live Customer Data during the Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services. If Customer uses the Services to delete any Live Customer Data during the Term and that Live Customer Data cannot be recovered by Customer, this use will constitute an instruction to LearningBook to delete the relevant Live Customer Data from LearningBook’s production systems in accordance with applicable law. LearningBook will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to Appendix 2 Section 3c and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless EU or EU Member State law requires storage.
Deletion by Customer. Kitefaster will enable Customer to delete Customer Personal Data during the Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services. To delete Customer Personal Data email support at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. If Customer uses the Services to delete any Customer Personal Data during the Term and that Customer Personal Data cannot be recovered by Customer, this use will constitute an instruction to Kitefaster to delete the relevant Customer Personal Data from Kitefaster’s systems in accordance with applicable law. Kitefaster will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless EU or EU Member State law requires storage.
Deletion by Customer. Esgyn will enable Customer to delete Customer Data during the Subscription Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Service.
