Delegated Tasks. The Parties agree that as set forth in ¶145 of Order Xx. 000, XXXX and WECC Compliance registration criteria, and any other applicable orders, an entity registered with NERC and charged with the performance of a function remains responsible for Compliance with Reliability Standards for that function, even if the performance of certain tasks is delegated to other entities. Thus, the Parties acknowledge and agree that to ensure clarity in identifying, establishing and delegating responsibility for Compliance for the transmission facilities within the CAISO Balancing Authority Area identified in Appendix 1, the Parties delegate such Compliance responsibilities in this Agreement as set forth in the Schedules attached hereto.

Delegated Tasks. The Delegating Parties acknowledge that PNM is their agent to perform the Delegated Tasks. PNM agrees to undertake, as agent of the Delegating Parties, the responsibility for performance of the Delegated Tasks in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Delegated Authority Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the following areas of responsibility for development of policies for the TLD are delegated to the Registry:

  • Delegate A person expressly designated to act on behalf of another in certain matters. Department A department, as duly constituted by the Senate and the Board. Emergency (for appointment purposes) An emergency is an unforeseen circumstance for which there is not enough time to follow regular appointment procedure and the program requires that the course be offered. Employer The Board of Trustees of the University. Faculty An academic Faculty (including the School of Business), as duly constituted by the Senate and the Board. Fiscal Year A period of twelve (12) calendar months which commences on the first day of May and ends on the last day of April in the next calendar year, inclusive.   • Delegates The employer recognises the Union delegates who are elected by the employees as the on- site representatives of the Union.

  • Administrative Responsibilities With respect to each Trust Fund, the Administrator (on behalf of the Trustee) shall hold and administer, or supervise the administration of, the REMIC Pools and MACR Pools in a manner consistent with and to the extent required by standards of prudence and in substantially the same manner as the Administrator holds and administers assets of the same or similar type held for its own account. In performing its responsibilities hereunder, the Administrator may employ independent contractors or agents. Except as provided in Articles VI, VII and VIII and Sections 9.05 and 9.06 of this Agreement, the Administrator shall not be subject to the control of Holders in any manner whatsoever in the discharge of its responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement. Except with regard to its indemnities under Sections 2.05 and 9.01, the Administrator shall have no liability to any Holder other than for any direct damage resulting from the Administrator’s failure to exercise that degree of ordinary care which it exercises in the conduct and management of its own affairs. In no event shall the Administrator have any liability of any nature for consequential damages. Nothing in this Section shall relieve Xxxxxxx Mac, in its capacity as Guarantor, of its guarantee obligation pursuant to Section 4.06.

  • Union Grievance Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Grievance Committee which consists of:

  • Safety Committees Joint employee-elected and Employer appointed safety committees shall be formed in accord with WISHA requirements and following University of Washington policy. The Union is entitled to representation on the University-wide or specific organizational or divisional committees where bargaining unit employees are working. Any department or unit committee also dealing with health and safety issues in work areas shall appropriately involve bargaining unit employees. Participation in safety and health committees, including meeting time, health and safety research, work on committee assignments, seminars, and classes will be considered time worked for all employees in accordance with University policy. Release time must be arranged with supervisors in advance. When the committee makes a recommendation that requires action or approval beyond its scope of authority, the Employer will communicate its disposition of the formal written recommendation within thirty (30) days.

  • Function of Bargaining Committee All matters pertaining to performance of work, operational problems, rates of pay, hours of work, collective bargaining, and other working conditions, shall be referred by the Union bargaining committee to the Employer for discussion and settlement.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Local Safety Committee There shall be established in each department and/or principal place of employment (for example: institutions, hospitals, colleges, transportation department areas, Department of Natural Resources regions, etc.) a joint Safety Committee composed of Appointing Authority representatives selected by the Appointing Authority and employee representatives selected by the Union, one from each bargaining unit represented by the Union but at a minimum, a total of two (2) representatives. If more than one (1) exclusive representative exists in the department or principal place of employment, the Union will attempt to work out an arrangement with the other exclusive bargaining representative(s) to insure their input to the Committee. The chair of the Committee shall be appointed by the Appointing Authority. The Appointing Authority may consider having co-chairs, one management and one labor. The Safety Committee shall meet at least quarterly or as may be legally required and meetings shall be scheduled by the Safety Officer. Additional meetings may be called by the Safety Officer or by the Local Union or Appointing Authority as the need may arise. All Safety Committee meetings shall be held during normal day shift working hours on the Appointing Authority's premises and without loss of pay. The function of the Safety Committee will be to review reports of property damage and personal injury accidents and alleged hazardous working conditions, to provide support for a strong safety program, to review building security issues, and to review and recommend safety policies to the Appointing Authority. Normally, the Committee shall acknowledge in writing receipt of reports of alleged hazardous working conditions within thirty (30) calendar days of their submission. A copy of the Committee's recommendations, if any, to the Appointing Authority regarding the disposition of such reports shall also be provided to the individual who filed the report with the Committee. In addition, the Safety Committee will provide the filing party with a copy of the Appointing Authority's response and/or proposed actions, if any. At the request of the Local Union or Safety Committee, hazard assessments will be made available for review. Each Local Safety Committee in a facility with a laundry and/or a kitchen shall perform a routine heat survey to check temperature, humidity, and exhaust and fan systems in the laundries and kitchens. The Employer agrees to coordinate technical assistance to the Local Safety Committee upon request.

  • Subcommittees Unless otherwise provided in the Certificate of Incorporation, these bylaws or the resolutions of the Board designating the committee, a committee may create one (1) or more subcommittees, each subcommittee to consist of one (1) or more members of the committee, and delegate to a subcommittee any or all of the powers and authority of the committee.
