Definition of Regular Rate. It is also understood that the 'regular rate' shall be defined as the rate being paid at the time vacation is taken or at the time vacation pay is requested. It is further understood and agreed that the `regular rate' shall be the rate paid in accordance with the wage schedule, for the job or classification to which an employee is assigned. It is understood that such assignment shall be for a period of not less than four (4) weeks.

Definition of Regular Rate. For the purposes of calculating any benefit or money payment under this Agreement to which an employee is entitled, the regular straight time rate of pay is that prescribed in Wage Schedule “A” of this Agreement.
