Definition of High. Need Local Educational Agency Service must be completed within 8 years after completion of the program for which the scholarship was awarded and must be performed in a high-need local educational agency as defined in the FY 2011 National Science Foundation solicitation for Xxxxx Scholarship Grants. Service must be started within twenty four (24) months after completion of the program for which the scholarship was awarded or the scholarship converts to a loan that must be repaid, unless the recipient qualifies for discharge (Section II G) or deferment (Section IV E). For the purposes of this agreement, a “high-need local education agency” is a local educational agency that serves an elementary or a secondary school located in an area in which one or more of the following conditions is met at the time of the recipient’s initial employment:

The Providing Unit must be exporting Active Power to the Power System and must remain connected to the Power System for at least 15 minutes following the Fault Disturbance.
