Definition of Architect. The term “Architect” as used herein is defined as including Registered Professional Architects, as applicable to the work to be performed under this agreement, and any reference to professional standards in regards to a Registered Professional Architect shall relate to those standards promulgated by the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners.
