Common use of Damage to Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Damage to Personal Property. The Employer will provide reimbursement for replacement of damages incurred to the Employee’s personal property, such as eyeglasses, contact lenses or other prosthesis, etc., ripped uniforms, personal clothing, as a result of being physically assaulted while performing his/her work. The Employee will endeavour to present her or his claim to the Employer within seven (7) days after the event, unless it was impossible for her or him to do so during this period.

Damage to Personal Property.
