Common use of Customer Support Services Clause in Contracts

Customer Support Services. Recipients must ensure that EV charging customers have mechanisms to report outages, malfunctions, and other issues with charging infrastructure. Charging station operators must enable access to accessible platforms that provide multilingual services. Recipients must comply with the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 requirements and multilingual access when creating reporting mechanisms. Be available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week via a toll-free telephone number posted on or near the EV chargers, that is clearly visible to the customer. Provide customer support for the duration of the contract, with the ability to provide customer support/or extend after the completion of the contract. Resolve customer issues over the telephone.
