Customer Rates and Fees. 29 CONTRACTOR shall bill for SFD Solid Waste Collection Service and 30 MFD Solid Waste Collection Service at the rates provided by the CITY in 31 accordance with the Recycle Plus Rate Resolution approved by the City Council. 32 CONTRACTOR may apply late payment, returned payment and insufficient funds 33 charges provided these charges do not exceed those amounts set forth in the 34 CITY’s Schedule of Fees and Charges. When changes in rates and fees are 35 proposed by the CITY, the CITY shall provide the proposed rates and fees to 36 CONTRACTOR no less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the first bill date using 37 the newly proposed rates and fees, and approved rate and fee changes shall be 38 provided to the CONTRACTOR no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the first 1 bill date of the approved rates and fees. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.
