Customer Operational Covenants. The Customer shall own and operate Customer-owned Regional Water or Wastewater Transmission Lines and booster pumping facilities as would a reasonably prudent operator and carry out all operations in a proper and efficient manner and in accordance with all applicable Customer Required Approvals, City Required Approvals, all Applicable Law and all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Customer shall, at its sole cost and expense, maintain and keep the Customer-owned Regional Water or Wastewater Transmission Lines in a good, safe, reliable and efficient operating condition and promptly make or cause to be made all necessary repairs and replacements to such Regional Water or Wastewater Transmission Lines, including any repairs or replacements required as a result of ordinary wear and tear. Further, the Customer shall, where applicable, maintain all Customer Required Approvals in good standing.
