Common use of Cumulative Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Sick Leave. 1. All Teachers who are employed on a ten (10) month basis shall be awarded thirteen (13) days as sick leave credit for each school year in this district. Such sick leave credit shall be accumulative with no maximum limit. Sick leave is hereby defined in accordance with applicable provisions of N.J.S.A. 18A:30-1 et seq.
