– Cultural and Lived Experience. The Employer agrees that Graduate Teaching Assistants are hired for their expertise in the field in which they are studying. Graduate Teaching Assistants will not be expected to contribute expertise from their lived experience as a member of a socially marginalized group, without seeking agreement first.
