Critical Incident Stress. (a) In cases of a critical incident if the employee determines that they are unable to complete the remainder of their shift as a result of the impact of the incident, they will inform their on- shift manager/supervisor and will be granted leave for the remainder of their shift, without penalty or loss of pay.
