Common use of Crediting of Hours Clause in Contracts

Crediting of Hours. (1) Paid and Unpaid Union time, Jury duty time, vacation, funeral absence, schedule change, holiday worked, Reporting for Work, Section l2 (a) (l), and sixth (6th) consecutive day worked, which are compensated for under other appropriate provisions of this Contract shall be credited as hours worked in computing overtime and in determining days worked for sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive day application, except that, to avoid duplication, there shall be credited only eight
