Creating New Classifications. Employees may be hired or selected on the basis of their qualifications, skills and abilities solely as determined by Management for positions that require a particular skill or knowledge base not currently in place in our store offering. The Co-operative and the Union will meet to negotiate wage rates, classification titles and qualifications for these positions. The Co-operative agrees to notify the Union, in writing, of the persons selected by the Co-operative indicating the store and the department.
