Creating New Classifications. Employees may be hired or selected on the basis of their qualifications, skills and abilities solely as determined by Management for positions that require a particular skill or knowledge base not currently in place in our store offering. The Employer and the Union will meet to negotiate wage rates, classification titles and qualifications for these positions. The Employer agrees to notify the Union, in writing, of the persons selected by the Employer indicating the store number and the Department.
