COVERAGE OF AGREEMENT This Agreement will govern and control all Goods and Services provided by Seller to Buyer, now or in the future, regardless of whether performed pursuant to written Order(s) issued by Buyer, other written agreement(s) executed by the parties, and/or verbal request(s) issued by Buyer, and will remain in effect until either party provides the other with sixty (60) days’ advance written notice of termination. Each party agrees that this Agreement will also govern all sales of Goods and provision of Services to any subsidiary, affiliate or division of McWane, Inc., in which case such subsidiary, affiliate or division will be the “Buyer” under this Agreement (unless otherwise agreed in writing by such subsidiary, affiliate or division). The term “Buyer” also includes Buyer’s employees, agents, officers, directors, successors and assigns. The term “Seller” refers to the vendor providing Goods and Services to Buyer, together with its employees, agents, subcontractors, suppliers and all other persons performing Services or supplying Goods on Seller’s behalf. The terms “Goods” or “Services” whether used together or separately and wherever appearing in this Agreement mean (i) any and all products, supplies, materials, processes and/or equipment and/or (ii) any and all services, work or labor of any kind furnished or performed by Seller under this Agreement and any subsequent amendments, changes or modifications hereof.
Coverage of the Agreement This Agreement covers only those positions described in the bargaining unit.
Discharge of Agreement 7.5.1 If the Developer fails to complete the development after ten (10) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registration Office Council may review this Agreement, in whole or in part, and may:
Discharge of Liens The Owner Trustee will promptly take, at its own expense, action necessary to discharge a Lien (other than the Lien of the Indenture) on the Trust Property resulting from actions by, or claims against, the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity that are not related to the ownership or the administration of the Trust Property.
Coverage Term All insurance required herein shall be maintained in full force and effect until all work or services required to be performed under the terms of this Agreement are satisfactorily performed, completed and formally accepted by the City, unless specified otherwise in this Agreement.
Coverage Limits Engineer, at Engineer’s sole cost, shall purchase and maintain during the entire term while this Contract is in effect the following insurance:

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance The plan provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage in an amount equal to your basic group life insurance (two times your current annual salary). Coverage is provided 24 hours per day, anywhere in the world, for any accident resulting in death, dismemberment, paralysis, loss of use, or loss of speech or hearing. If you sustain an injury caused by an accident occurring while the policy is in force which results in one of the following losses, within 365 days of the accident, the benefit shown will be paid to you. In the case of accidental death, the benefit will be paid to the beneficiary you have named to receive your group life insurance benefits. Benefits are payable in accordance with the following schedule: Schedule of Benefits 100% of Principal Sum For Loss of: · Life · Both Hands or Both Feet · Entire Sight of Both Eyes · One Hand and One Foot · One Hand and Entire Sight of One Eye · One Foot and Entire Sight of One Eye · Speech and Hearing in Both Ears · Use of Both Arms or Both Legs or Both Hands · Quadriplegia (total paralysis of both upper and lower limbs) · Paraplegia (total paralysis of both lower limbs) · Hemiplegia (total paralysis of upper and lower limbs of one side of the body) 75% of Principal Sum For Loss of: · One Arm or One Leg · Use of One Arm or One Leg 66 2/3% of Principal Sum For Loss of: · One Hand or One Foot · Entire Sight of One Eye · Speech or Hearing in Both Ears · Use of One Hand or One Foot 33 1/3% of Principal Sum of Loss of: · Thumb and Index Finger of One Hand · Four Fingers of One Hand
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage An employee may purchase accidental death and dismemberment coverage that provides principal sum benefits in amounts ranging from five thousand dollars ($5,000) to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). Payment is made only for accidental bodily injury or death and may vary, depending upon the extent of dismemberment. An employee may also purchase from five thousand dollars ($5,000) to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) in coverage for his/her spouse, but not in excess of the amount carried by the employee.
Insurance Term The Consultant shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, or employees.
