Insurance Term Clause Samples

An Insurance Term clause defines the requirements and obligations regarding insurance coverage within a contract. It typically specifies the types and minimum amounts of insurance that a party must maintain, such as general liability or professional indemnity, and may require proof of coverage or notification of policy changes. This clause ensures that parties are financially protected against certain risks and liabilities, thereby allocating risk and providing assurance that adequate resources are available to address potential losses.
