Coverage Term. All insurance required herein shall be maintained in full force and effect until all work or services required to be performed under the terms of this Agreement are satisfactorily performed, completed and formally accepted by the City, unless specified otherwise in this Agreement.

Coverage Term. Coverage needs to be in force for the complete term of the contract. If insurance expires during the term of the contract, a new certificate must be received by the State at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration of this insurance. Any new insurance must still comply with the original terms of the contract.

If You purchased this Service Contract at the same time You purchased Your Product, this Service Contract will take effect immediately and will cover Your Product up to the coverage end date on the Declarations Page or until cancelled by either You or Us. WHAT IS COVERED: MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN ONLY – This Service Contract provides repair or replacement coverage for Product hardware failures due to normal wear and tear. Should We repair Your Product, We will restore its hardware and preloaded manufacturer’s software functionality to the manufacturer’s written specifications.
Coverage Term. All insurance required herein shall be maintained in full force and effect until all the Services required to be performed under the terms of this Agreement are satisfactorily performed, completed and formally accepted by NBU, unless specified otherwise in this Agreement.
Coverage Term. Subrecipient’s coverage needs to be in force for the complete term of the Agreement, unless otherwise noted herein. The Developer’s coverage needs to be in force for the complete affordability period of each Approved Project. The Contractor’s coverage needs to be in force until a certificate of occupancy is issued for each Approved Project. No work may be performed by Subrecipient, Developer, or a Contractor until, and unless, all insurances required by this Agreement are in full force and effect. If insurance expires during the term of the Agreement/affordability period/certificate of occupancy issuance, as applicable, a new certificate must be received by the Department at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of said insurance. Any new insurance must comply with the original terms of this Agreement.
Coverage Term. OnePlus Protection Plan offers 1 Year or 2 Year (as per the Service Contract procured), of coverage from the date of procurement of the Service Contract. A maximum of 1 claim is allowed under the 1 year Service Contract and a maximum of 2 claims are allowed under the 2 Year Service Contract. The Service Contract can be procured only within 30 calendar days of the purchase of your OnePlus 6 device. The device is covered for any kind of accidental and liquid damage, which is not covered in the manufacturer’s warranty. Covered Device Your OnePlus 6 64 GB, 128 GB or 128 GB for which you have procured this Service Contract is called the Covered Device. The accessories are not covered under this Service Contract. Exclusions/Cause of Loss Not Covered Theft or loss, damage due to willful neglect, poor maintenance or any loss recoverable under the manufacturer’s warranty is not covered under this Service Contract. The Service Contract can be procured only within 365 days of purchase of your Covered Device. Covered Device Your OnePlus 7T for which you have procured this Service Contract is called the Covered Device. The accessories are not covered under this Service Contract. Exclusions/Cause of Loss Not Covered Theft or loss, or any damage that occurs due to an accidental or liquid damage is not covered under this Service Contract.
