Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage definition

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage means group accidental death and dismemberment coverage maintained for Employees by the Employer under a separate plan, program, insurance policy or contract, which satisfies the requirements of Sections 105 and 106 of the Code.
