COURT SERVICE. A. An employee who is summoned for jury duty or who is appearing under a subpoena before a Court or an agency as a witness in a criminal or civil proceeding shall be granted all necessary leave. The employee’s compensation for said leave shall be with pay minus the compensation received for the services performed in the court less transportation if paid.
