Court Leave During Regularly Scheduled Work Hours. A. For non-service related Court appearances, Court leave with pay will be granted to a full time employee who is subpoenaed for any Court or jury duty by the United States, the State of Ohio or a political subdivision. Court leave with pay will be granted to any employee subpoenaed and required to appear as a witness in any criminal or civil matter.
