COUNTY’S RIGHT TO AUDIT. Non Profit shall allow inspection of all documentation and records related to its expenditure of funding by the County or the U.S. Department of Treasury upon reasonable request, and retain such for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of Non Profit’s final receipt of it portion of the funding; and
COUNTY’S RIGHT TO AUDIT. The Agency agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of one (1) year after the term or termination of this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of the Agency which are directly pertinent to the Services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. The Agency agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Agency facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate workspace in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give the Agency reasonable advance notice of intended audits.
COUNTY’S RIGHT TO AUDIT. Consultant agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of Consultant which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. Consultant agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Consultant facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give Consultant reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

PROVIDER agrees that COUNTY shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary PROVIDER facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. COUNTY shall give PROVIDER reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

Xxxx Engineering agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of Xxxx Engineering which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. Xxxx Engineering agrees that Client shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Xxxx Engineering facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. Client shall give Xxxx Engineering reasonable advance notice of intended audits.
COUNTY’S RIGHT TO AUDIT. HEB agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Contract, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of HEB which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Contract for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. HEB agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary HEB facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give HEB reasonable advance notice of intended audits.
COUNTY’S RIGHT TO AUDIT. City agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of City which are directly pertinent to Ambulance Services for County inmate patients at the Jail provided by the City and billed to the County pursuant to this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. City agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary City facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give City reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

Solbourne agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of Solbourne which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. Solbourne agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Solbourne facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give Solbourne reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

CAPCOG agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of CAPCOG which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. CAPCOG agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary CAPCOG facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give CAPCOG reasonable advance notice of intended audits.
