COSTS AND EXPENSES OF THE PARTIES. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Project Agreement, each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and performance of this Amendment.

COSTS AND EXPENSES OF THE PARTIES. The Sellers and Purchaser shall each bear their own costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) in connection with the sale and purchase of the Assets.
