Copies of Contracts. The employee’s contracts, base and supplemental, shall be sent electronically to the employee prior to the designated date for signing and submission. The employee shall retain one (1) signed copy of each contract. One (1) signed copy of each contract shall be forwarded to the Human Resources Office.
