Copies of Contracts. So far as the Seller is aware, the Data Room contained copies of all Contracts which are material to the operation of the Business.
Copies of Contracts. Producer agrees that individuals under personal service contract will be given an extra copy of such contract, which may be transmitted to the Federation. The terms of such personal service contract shall not be in violation of the terms of this Basic Agreement. The Producer will furnish the Federation Representative with the name or names of such individuals who sign such personal service contracts.

Copies of Contracts. Within a reasonable period of time after this Contract has been signed, the number of needed copies will be agreed upon by both sides. The contract will also be posted to the website electronically under a password protected link for all members, Board of Education, and administration. The expense related to duplication will be divided equally between the Association and the Board. Each member hired thereafter will also receive a copy at the time of employment. Any subsequent revision(s) or amendment(s) shall be printed and posted to the website (as described above) within a reasonable period of time and distributed to all members. The Association will distribute copies of the Contract and/or revisions to the members.
Copies of Contracts. Manager shall provide the original copies of all contracts entered into by Manager on behalf of Owner during such period, if requested by Owner upon 15 days’ prior written notice.

THIRD PARTY AGREEMENTS The Corporation may provide "Third Party Agreements" to any employee to facilitate payment of initiation fees from fees payable to the employee by the Corporation.
Copies of Contracts. Company shall provide a copy of its contract with a particular Participating Physician (including without limitation a contract with a Physician Organization or a Physician Group in which such Participating Physician participates) to such Participating Physician, upon receipt by Company of a written request by such Participating Physician to provide such copy, except in circumstances where Company is restricted from providing a Participating Physician with a copy of Company’s contract with a Physician Organization or Physician Group specifically because of terms contained in that contract. Company will not require that a restriction as described in the previous sentence be included in its contracts with Physician Organizations or Physician Groups.
