Cooperation - Scope of Cooperation. (1) To the extent not previously provided to the Main Plaintiffs and subject to the limitations set forth in this Settlement Agreement, Hershey Canada agrees to provide cooperation to Class Counsel, as specifically set forth in subsections (a) to (f) inclusive below. Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, or at a time mutually agreed upon by Class Counsel and Hershey Canada, Hershey Canada shall provide:

Cooperation - Scope of Cooperation. (1) To the extent not previously provided to the Plaintiffs and subject to the limitations set forth in this Settlement Agreement, the Domfoam Defendants, the Brayiannis Defendant and the Individual Settling Parties agree to provide cooperation to Class Counsel in accordance with the requirements of this section of the Settlement Agreement.
Cooperation - Scope of Cooperation. 14. The Settling Defendants and Xxxxxxxx U Consulting Inc. agree to provide reasonable cooperation to the Plaintiffs and Class Counsel in accordance with the requirements of this Part VI.

  • Scope of Cooperation 1. The Authorities recognise the importance of close communication concerning the Covered CCPs and intend to cooperate regarding:

  • Audit Cooperation In the event either Party is audited by a taxing authority, the other Party agrees to cooperate fully with the Party being audited in order to respond to any audit inquiries in a proper and timely manner so that the audit and/or any resulting controversy may be resolved expeditiously.

  • Labor cooperation The Parties shall enhance their communication and cooperation on labor, social security and environment issues through Memorandum of Understanding on Labor Cooperation between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Peru.

  • Legal cooperation 1. The Parties agree to develop judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters as regards the negotiation, ratification and implementation of multilateral conventions on civil judicial cooperation and, in particular, the conventions of the Hague Conference on Private International Law in the field of international legal cooperation and litigation as well as the protection of children.
