Conversion of Salary Rates. Any monthly, daily, or hourly rate of pay may be converted into any equivalent rate of pay or to any other time basis when such a conversion is advisable. In determining equivalent amounts on different time bases, the Agency will provide tables or regulations for calculation of payment for service of less than full time, and for use in converting monthly salaries to hourly rates as well as for calculation hourly rates. The base for these calculations will be a 2080-hour work year.

  • SALARY RATES Section 12.1 The following shall apply to full-time employees:

  • Salary Range a. At the beginning of the 2020-21 school year, the salaries of returning full-time teachers were between $36,500 to $61,000.

  • Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.
