Common use of Contractor’s Other Obligations Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Other Obligations. The Contractor covenants to do all things specified in the Schedules to this Agreement to be done by the Contractor, in such manner and at such times as specified in the Schedules to this Agreement. The Contractor shall take all such actions in the context of the Project and the O&M as are from time to time required in order to allow the Province, other governmental authorities, police services and emergency response services to carry out their respective statutory duties in relation to the New Infrastructure, the Existing Infrastructure, and the other contiguous roadways.
