Contractor’s One-Time Implementation Costs Clause Samples

Contractor’s One-Time Implementation Costs. Exhibit C (Pricing Sheet) of this Agreement includes a one-time cost to County for the implementation and/or configuration of each of the following: (1) IVR subsystem, (2) Pay-by-Web website, and (3) the ALPR systems. The one-time configuration costs shall in no event, expressly or by implication, exceed the rates set forth in Exhibit C (Pricing Sheet) of this Agreement.
