Contractor Notice. Within 7 working days following receipt by the Contractor of any such notice served by UK Sport pursuant to clause 7.1.4.5 the Contractor shall respond by notifying UK Sport as to whether or not it agrees with the statements made in or the supporting evidence supplied with that notice. If the Contractor indicates that it does agree, or if the Contractor fails to make such a response within that time limit, UK Sport shall be entitled:
