CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS The Contract(s) shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.
CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on June 30, 2023, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
USE AND OCCUPANCY Tenant shall use and occupy the Demised Premises for the commercial purpose of [Description of commercial purpose] and related activities. The Demised Premises shall be used for no other purpose without the advance written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall operate the Demised Premises in a clean and dignified manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and ordinances. Janitorial Services (Check one) ☐ Tenant shall provide its own janitorial services. ☐ As agreed by both parties, Landlord shall provide janitorial services and shared costs will be included in the Operating Cost. Tenant shall use the Demised Premises for no unlawful purpose or act; shall commit or permit no waste or damage to the Demised Premises; shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with and obey all applicable laws, regulations, or orders of any governmental authority or agency; shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Demised Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Real Property; and shall comply with all the rules and requirements promulgated by Landlord with respect to the Real Property, as the same may be amended from time to time. POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.
Possession and Occupancy The Seller will deliver possession and occupancy of the Property to the Buyer at Closing. The Seller shall provide access to all locks, including keys, remote controls, and any security/access codes, necessary to operate all locks, mailboxes, and security systems.
Maximum Occupancy No more than two (2) guests per one (1) resident (who is present) are permitted in a student room/suite/apartment at any given time unless otherwise approved by the University (Residential Life).
Period of Occupancy The student may occupy an assigned room at the time specified by the university each semester. If the student fails to occupy the room by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes, the university reserves the right to reassign the space or initiate a contract cancellation. However, failure to occupy an assigned space does not automatically release the student from contractual obligation. Occupancy of the room must be relinquished at the completion of the contract. University housing facilities are closed during the periods between semesters, the Thanksgiving holiday and spring break. Residents who are not graduating are required to check out of their residence halls within 24 hours after their last exam but no later than 5:00p.m. on the last day of the exam schedule.
A2 Initial Contract Period The Contract shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire automatically on 30 June 2013, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated, or extended under clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period).
WORKING TEST PERIOD Section One. The Working Test Period shall be deemed an extension of the examination process. Therefore, a determination of unsatisfactory performance during a Working Test Period shall be tantamount to a failure of the competitive exam.
Normal Work Year The normal work year for the Administrator shall be Two Hundred Sixty (260) days between July 1 and June 30 annually which will include all student attendance days and teacher work days. The Administrator shall not be entitled to any additional paid days unless specifically required to work beyond the Two Hundred Sixty (260) day contract by the Superintendent or the Board.
