CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. The Contract(s) shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.

This Contract shall commence after receipt of all necessary approvals, and shall become effective upon mailing of final Contract Award Notice by OGS in accordance with Appendix B § 38(i), Contract Creation/Execution. The Contract shall be in effect for a term of one (1) year. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed, under the same terms and conditions, for an additional one (1) year period or until a replacement contract has been executed. Authorized Users may engage the Contractor for services pursuant to this Contract at any time during the term of the Contract. If at any time the Contract is cancelled, terminated or expires, the Contractor has the affirmative obligation to extend appropriate and reasonable cooperation to assure the orderly transition of Contract services to the subsequent contractor.

Contractors will notify OGS, in writing, of the OEM’s Model Year Build-Out Date. Such notification must be submitted immediately upon the Contractor being notified by the OEM.

All Heavy Duty Truck Contracts awarded under solicitation 22910 will terminate simultaneously three (3) years from the date of OGS approval of the first Contract awarded. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed, under the same terms and conditions, for up to two (2) additional one (1) year term(s). The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis, such as an additional three (3) month, six (6) month, twelve (12) month, or twenty-four (24) month period.

CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. The Contract shall commence on December 1st, 2014. Contractor shall commence delivery to Authorized Users on December 1, 2014. The Contract shall be in effect for five years from December 1st, 2014 through and including November 30th, 2019. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for an additional one year period as described in Appendix B §71 – Contract Term - Renewal. Price decreases and percentage xxxx-up decreases are permitted at any time. Authorized Users are encouraged to negotiate additional discounts, where possible.
CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. The New York State Contract period shall be for the term as indicated on the Piggyback Agreement. Extensions or renewals to the Master Contract or any modification including new products, terms, or price changes to the Master Contract shall be submitted by the Contractor to the Office of General Services, Procurement Services Group for approval and shall be effective to the New York State Contract upon the date of issuance of a written notification to New York State contract users Upon expiration of the Master Contract, Contractor may submit any subsequent replacement contracts entered into for the same or similar products with the same Issuing Entity to the Office of General Services, Procurement Services Group in order to establish a new contract. In the event Contractor's Master Contract expires and no new contract is let by the original Issuing Entity, OGS reserves the right, upon written agreement with Contractor and Office of the State Comptroller's approval, to renew the New York State Contract under the same terms and conditions for an additional period of one year.
