Contract Management Body. Within five (5) Business Days after the Signature Date, each Party shall form a contract management body, either through the appointment of a contract manager or the creation of a contract management unit, which shall be responsible for monitoring, managing and evaluating the full implementation of the Project (“Contract Management Body”). Within two (2) Business Days from its creation, each Party shall immediately send written notice to the other naming the members of its Contract Management Body.
