Contract Governance and Dispute Resolution. 19.1 Informal Dispute Resolution Prior to the initiation of formal dispute resolution procedures under Section 19.2, the Parties agree that the Client Contract Executive and the Supplier Project Executive will attempt in good faith to resolve all disputes. In the event the Client Contract Executive and the Supplier Project Executive are unable to resolve a dispute in an amount of time that either Party deems reasonable under the circumstances, such Party may refer the dispute for resolution pursuant to Section 19.2 below upon written notice to the other Party. Note: A request for confidential treatment has been filed with the SEC for the portions of this document that have been marked with *CONFIDENTIAL*. The redacted portions have been filed separately with the SEC.
