Continuation of Service & Seniority. While on pregnancy/birth or parental, or adoption leave, an employee shall continue to accrue and accumulate service and seniority credits at the same rate as before the leave for the duration of the leave and the Employee’s service and seniority shall be deemed to be continuous.
