Common use of Continuation of Insurance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Insurance Benefits. The insurance benefits provided to Employee by the Corporation pursuant to Section 3.3 may be continued at Employee's expense for (1) the period of time during which the law requires continuation coverage, if applicable, or (2) ninety (90) days after the termination date or for the period of time required by the policy, whichever is less.
