Client Branded Portal definition

Client Branded Portal means, collectively and individually, the Residential Portals as more fully described in Section 2.a. and the Business Portal described in Section 2.b below.
Client Branded Portal means that certain web portal to be provided by Synacor for use by Users or prospective Users as more fully described in Section 2.a. below.
Client Branded Portal means the Consumer Portal and Small Business Portal.

Examples of Client Branded Portal in a sentence

  • Synacor shall disable such advertisement from the Client Branded Portal after receiving written notice from Client.

  • Client may test and approve the Client Branded Portal prior to launching it to Users.

  • Client shall be responsible to provide terms of use it wishes to include on the Client Branded Portal.

  • Synacor agrees to provide training to Client related to advertising on the Client Branded Portal up to twice per year during the Term upon Client’s request.

  • A number of teenagers and youngsters are affected by prolonged health conditions which leads to mental health issues (Delamater, Guzman & Aparicio, 2017).

  • At all times during the Term Synacor shall: (a) deliver and manage any and all pages that comprise the Client Branded Portal on which Search Services are provided; (b) maintain complete technical and editorial control of such Client Branded Portal (provided that the Client Branded Portal complies with Section 7 of Schedule C, with the exception of certain Content as provided in Section 1 of Schedule D); and (c) act as the intermediary for all transmissions between Search Services Provider and such sites.

  • Except as it relates to Client’s marketing of the Client Branded Portal and related matters to Users or prospective Users or as permitted in Section 5.2, above, neither party will issue any press release, nor otherwise disclose any information concerning this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the other.

  • From time to time, Synacor may offer Client the ability to include certain functionality on the Client Branded Portal that Synacor will integrate via publicly available open APIs, RSS feeds, or similar technology.

  • Client acknowledges and agrees that each Subscriber’s access to the Services will be subject to such Subscriber’s acceptance of Client’s “end user agreement” or “terms of use” regarding the Service and continuing compliance with the Regulations, and Client will maintain website use terms and conditions that will purport to govern the use of the Client Branded Portal by all Users.

  • However, Synacor may provide terms of use to be included on the Client Branded Portal related to the rights and restrictions associated with use of the Synacor Sourced Content, and Client agrees to incorporate such terms into either its terms of use or otherwise allow Synacor to include them on the Client Branded Portal where appropriate.


More Definitions of Client Branded Portal

Client Branded Portal means, collectively and individually, the Residential Portal as more fully described in Section 2.a, and any business portal which is made part of this Agreement.

Related to Client Branded Portal

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS Features) means certain Common Channel Signaling based features available to End Users, including: Automatic Call Back; Call Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
