Consumer Price Index-Based Adjustments. The salaries in effect for Unit classifications are increased by a percentage equal to the percentage increase in the Consumer Price IndexAll Items for All Urban Consumers, San Francisco-Oakland-San Xxxx SMSA, published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics for the 12-month period ending in February of the year of the scheduled Consumer Price Index-based adjustment.

  • CONSUMER PRICE INDEX ADJUSTMENTS 20.1 The Licence Fee payable by the Licensee will be adjusted automatically each year, on 1 July, in accordance with the official Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by Statistics South Africa.
