Scheduled Consumer definition

Scheduled Consumer means a consumer who has a supply agreement with the distribution licensee in whose area of supply the consumer is located and also has a supply agreement with a person other than the distribution licensee under the Open Access Regulation and includes a consumer of a distribution licensee who also avails of wheeling facility for carrying the electricity from his captive generating plant to the destination of his own use.

More Definitions of Scheduled Consumer

Scheduled Consumer means the captive consumer availing the banking facility who also has a subsisting supply agreement with the POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY OF TELANGANA LIMITED for supply to meet whole or a part of his requirement, who establishes or operates the generating company or plant, wherein, scheduled consumer shall also be treated as banking facility user.

Related to Scheduled Consumer

  • Scheduled COD in relation to an Element(s) shall mean the date(s) as mentioned in Schedule 2 as against such Element(s) and in relation to the Project, shall mean the date as mentioned in Schedule 2 as against such Project, subject to the provisions of Article 4.4 of this Agreement, or such date as may be mutually agreed among the Parties;

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

If after the Closing Date, the Obligor’s obligation under a Receivable with respect to a Collection Period has been modified so as to differ from the amount specified in such Receivable as a result of (i) the order of a court in an insolvency proceeding involving the Obligor, (ii) pursuant to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act or (iii) modifications or extensions of the Receivable permitted by Section 4.2(b), the Scheduled Receivables Payment with respect to such Collection Period shall refer to the Obligor’s payment obligation with respect to such Collection Period as so modified.
