Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Adviser hereby grants to the Trust a non-transferable sublicense to use the Index (and associated data and information) listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement.
Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BGI hereby grants to iShares Trust a sublicense to use the Indexes (and associated data, information, and Marks) listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement.
Grant of Sublicense. Licensee hereby grants to Sublicensee a sublicense under and on all the same terms and conditions of that certain License Agreement between Licensee and The Scripps Research Institute, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Scripps") attached hereto as Exhibit I (the "Master License Agreement"), except as set forth below:
Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BFA hereby grants to the Companies sublicenses to use the MSCI Indexes (and associated data and information) and the MSCI Marks listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement, including without limitation the restriction in Section 1(b) of the License Agreement that the Companies will not have the further power to sublicense third parties to use the MSCI Indexes and the MSCI Marks.
Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BFA hereby grants to each of the Registrants a sublicense to use the applicable Cboe Indexes and associated data, information and Cboe Marks in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement. Each Registrant shall have no right to grant a sublicense or to share use of Cboe Indexes or Cboe Marks with any other person or entity.
Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BFA hereby grants to each of the Registrants a sublicense to use the applicable STOXX Indexes and associated data, information and STOXX Marks in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement. Each Registrant shall have no right to grant a sublicense or to share use of STOXX Indexes or STOXX Marks with any other person or entity.
Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BFA hereby grants to the Companies a sublicense to use the Xxxxxxx Indexes (and associated data and information) and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement, including without limitation the restriction in paragraph 3 of the License Agreement that the Companies will not have the further power to sublicense third parties to use the Xxxxxxx Indexes and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.
Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2 of this Sublicense, Dyax hereby grants to Sublicensee a world-wide, non-exclusive license of the rights granted to it under Clause 2.1 of the Product License. Sublicensee is permitted to sublicense its rights under this Sublicense in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Clauses 3.2 and 3.3 of the Product License.
Grant of Sublicense. The Sublicensor grants to the Sublicensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license, with no right to grant sublicenses, use, sell or otherwise dispose of, or deal in the QuickMed System, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, solely for the Sublicensee’s internal business purposes and solely to support the Sublicensee’s own medical, clinical and administrative practice of facility.
Grant of Sublicense. 1.1 The intention and purpose of the Sublicense Agreement is to continue to promote the on-going development programs already instituted by BTP and outside clinical investigators for PB, to maximize the potential therapeutic benefit of PB for the treatment of certain cancers, autoimmune diseases and other clinical indications, and to expedite a global strategy for the development, regulatory approval and commercial development of PB.
