Consent to Medical Care of a Minor. If Contractor provides medical, dental, psychological or surgical treatment to a minor under this Contract, either directly or through contracts with subcontractors, Contractor shall not provide treatment of a minor unless informed consent to treatment is obtained pursuant to Texas Family Code Chapter 32, relating to consent to treatment of a child by a non-parent or the child or pursuant to other state law. If requirements of federal law relating to consent directly conflict with this Chapter, then federal law supersedes state law.

Consent to Medical Care of a Minor. Unless a federal law applies, before Contractor can provide medical, dental, psychological or surgical treatment to a minor with parental consent, informed consent must be obtained as required by Texas Family Code Chapter 32.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.

  • Medical Care Leave An Employee who is unable to make the necessary arrangements for maintenance of personal health care outside of scheduled work time, shall be granted time off with pay.   • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order A child who would otherwise meet the eligibility requirements and is required to be covered by a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) is considered an eligible dependent.
