Common use of Confidential Employee Clause in Contracts

Confidential Employee. Specific positions are classified as confidential and are excluded from this bargaining unit. For the duration of this Agreement, the District and the Association agree to maintain not more than fourteen (14) positions classified as confidential. The District further agrees not to reclassify any NEOPA positions into Supervisor/Coordinator positions without mutual agreement between the District and the Association.
