Conferences and Meetings. Provided there is no disruption to the normal operations of the College and no additional costs are incurred by the College, CCCFT representatives may attend legislative and State Board for Community and Technical Colleges’ (SBCTC) meetings on behalf of the College. The employee shall receive prior approval from the appropriate Xxxx for Student Learning to attend such meetings and shall suffer no loss in pay related to such participation.
