Conferences and Meetings. 6.5.1. In addition to the conference and meeting requirements in the Specifications, Contractor’s supervisory personnel for the Work and the Contractor’s management personnel shall attend all required meetings as required by the Contract Documents or as requested by the District. The Contractor’s personnel participating in conferences and meetings relating to the Work shall be authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor and to bind the Contractor. The Contractor is solely responsible for arranging for the attendance by Subcontractors and Material Suppliers at meetings and conferences relating to the Work as necessary, appropriate or as requested by the District.
