CONDITIONS OF TAKING LONG SERVICE LEAVE. (a) A Principal will, at a minimum, be entitled to take any accrued long service leave upon completion of ten years’ service in NSW or seven years’ service if employed to work in the ACT, and on completion of each additional five years’ service thereafter.

CONDITIONS OF TAKING LONG SERVICE LEAVE. (a) Conditions in respect of the taking of long service leave are provided in this subclause. Additional entitlements for Teachers are provided in the Diocesan Annexures to this Agreement at Annexures A to K.

  • Taking of Long Service Leave (a) The employer shall give to each employee at least one month's notice of the date from which it is proposed that the employee's long service leave shall be given and taken. Such leave shall be taken as soon as practicable having regard to the needs of the facility, or, where the employer and the employee agree, such leave may be postponed to an agreed date.

A Party that makes such a rectification or minor amendment need not provide compensatory adjustments to the other Parties.

  • Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement As used in this document, Contract (whether capitalized or not) will, unless the context requires otherwise, mean this document and all incorporated Exhibits, which set forth the entire understanding of the Parties and supersede any and all prior agreements. This Contract may only be modified or amended upon mutual written agreement by the Parties.   • Emergency Service Leave ‌ Where employees' services are required for emergency operations by request from the Provincial Emergency Program or appropriate police authority, leave from work as required may be granted without loss of basic pay. If any remuneration, other than for expenses, is received, it shall be remitted to the Employer.

  • Participating State Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating State. The following changes are modifying or supplementing the Master Agreement terms and conditions.

  • Supplier’s Obligations on Termination Unless otherwise specified by Buyer, upon Supplier’s receipt of a notice of termination of this Order, Supplier shall promptly: (a) stop work as directed in the notice; (b) place no further subcontracts/orders related to the terminated portion of this Order; (c) terminate, or if requested by Buyer assign, all subcontracts/orders to the extent they relate to work terminated; (d) deliver all completed work, work in process, designs, drawings, specifications, documentation and material required and/or produced in connection with such work; and (e) return or destroy all Confidential Information as set forth in Section 16(d).
