  • Cancellation and Destruction of Surrendered Receipts; Maintenance of Records All Receipts surrendered to the Depositary shall be cancelled by the Depositary. The Depositary is authorized to destroy Receipts so cancelled in accordance with its customary practices.   • SURRENDER OF PREMISES; HOLDING OVER Upon expiration of the term, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord the Premises and all Tenant improvements and alterations in good condition, except for ordinary wear and tear and alterations Tenant has the right or is obligated to remove under the provisions of Section 14 herein. Tenant shall remove all personal property including, without limitation, all data and phone wires and other improvements which Landlord has required Tenant to remove pursuant to Section 14 or Exhibit F of this Lease. Landlord can elect to retain or dispose of in any manner Tenant's personal property not removed from the Premises by Tenant prior to the expiration of the term.   • Ownership Removal Surrender and Restoration 8.4.1 Subject to Lessor’s right to require removal or elect ownership as hereinafter provided, all Alterations and Utility Installations made by Lessee shall be the property of Lessee, but considered a part of the Premises. In no case, with or without the written approval of the Authorized User, can the Authorized User data be accessed, moved or sent outside the continental United States.
