Broom clean definition

Broom clean means free from all debris, dirt, rubbish, personal property of Tenant, oil, grease, tire tracks or other substances, inside and outside of the Improvements and on the grounds comprising the Premises. Any damage caused by removal of Tenant from the Premises, including any damages caused by removal of Tenant's Equipment as defined above, shall be repaired and paid for by Tenant prior to the expiration of the Term.
