Blanket Insurance. Each party shall be entitled to fulfill its insurance obligations hereunder by maintaining a so-called "blanket" policy or policies of insurance in such form as to provide by specific endorsement coverage not less than that which is required hereunder for the particular property or interest referred to herein.
Blanket Insurance. Tenant may, at its option, satisfy its insurance obligations hereunder by policies of so-called blanket insurance carried by Tenant provided that the same shall, in all respects, comply with the provision hereof. In such event, Tenant shall not be deemed to have complied with its obligation hereunder until Tenant shall have obtained and delivered to Landlord a certificate of insurance with appropriate endorsements, or upon Landlord’s reasonable request, a copy of said policy with endorsements.
Blanket Insurance. Any insurance provided for in this Section may be maintained by means of a policy or policies of blanket insurance, covering additional items or locations or insureds, provided, however, that:

The Tenant may fulfill its insurance obligations hereunder by maintaining a so-called “blanket” policy or policies of insurance in a form that provides by specific endorsement coverage not less than that which is required hereunder for the particular property or interest referred to herein; provided, however, that the coverage required by this Article 8 will not be reduced or diminished by reason of use of such blanket policy of insurance.
Blanket Insurance. The insurance to be provided by Landlord or Tenant may be provided under a blanket insurance policy; provided, however, that in no event shall the protection afforded by the blanket insurance policy be less than that required under this Lease.
Blanket Insurance. Unless otherwise agreed to by Lender in its sole and absolute discretion, blanket policies shall be permitted only if (i) coverage will not be affected by any loss on other properties covered by the policies, (ii) the policy specifically allocates to each Property the amount of coverage from time to time required hereunder or shall otherwise provide the same protection as would a separate policy, and (iii) such policy is approved in advance in writing by Lender, and Lender’s interest is included therein as provided in this Agreement, (iv) such policy is otherwise issued in accordance with the terms of Section 12 of this Agreement, and (v) any changes or amendments made hereafter to such policy (including any endorsements and riders) are subject to the approval of Lender or its servicing agent. At all times, approval of any blanket policy remains subject to review and approval by Lender based on the schedule of locations and values.
Blanket Insurance. Anything contained in this Article VI to the contrary notwithstanding, all Required Insurance may be carried under a "blanket" or "umbrella" policy or policies covering other property or liabilities of Tenant, provided that such policies otherwise comply with the provisions of this Lease and specify the coverage and amounts thereof with respect to the Premises.
Blanket Insurance. Nothing contained in this Section 9 shall prohibit Landlord or Tenant from obtaining a policy or policies of blanket insurance which may cover other properties of Landlord or Tenant provided that (a) any such blanket policy expressly allocates to the Premises not less than the amount of insurance required hereunder to be maintained and (b) such blanket policy shall not diminish the obligations to insure hereunder, so that proceeds from such policies shall be an amount no less than the proceeds that would be available under a separate policy.
Blanket Insurance. Borrower may effect the insurance coverage herein required under its blanket insurance policies; provided that: Any such policy or policies of blanket insurance either shall specify therein, or Borrower shall furnish Lender with written statement from the insurer (or from Borrower’s insurance broker) under such policy or policies specifying: (1) the maximum amount of the total insurance afforded by the blanket policy allocated to the Property, (2) any sublimits in such blanket policy or policies applicable to the Property, which amounts shall not be less than the amounts required pursuant to this Exhibit 5.5 and (3) no margin clause applies to the Property; Any policy of blanket insurance hereunder shall comply in all respects with the other provisions of this Exhibit 5.5; and The protection afforded Borrower under any policy of blanket insurance hereunder shall be no less than that which would have been afforded under a separate policy or policies relating only to the Property.
