Common use of Computation of Vacation Pay Clause in Contracts

Computation of Vacation Pay. (a) Vacation pay shall be computed as follows: Pay for each week of vacation shall be in the amount of one-fifty-second (1/52nd) of the gross annual earnings of the employees during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the employee’s anniversary date. Employees who do not perform any actual work during the employee’s anniversary year shall not be eligible for vacation pay for that year.
