Comply with standards of practice. The University and its employees shall perform their duties under this Agreement in a manner that is consistent with applicable standards of practice set forth by Applicable Laws or applicable accreditation agencies, such as The Joint Commission (hereafter “TJC”) and/or the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (hereafter “JCAHO”). The University shall further require the Students to perform their duties in a manner that is consistent with applicable standards of practice set forth by Applicable Laws or by applicable accreditation agencies.

  • Standards of Practice Standards of practice of CONTRACTOR shall be determined by the professional standards of CONTRACTOR’s trade or field of expertise and all applicable provisions of law and other rules and regulations of any and all governmental authorities relating to provision of services as defined in this Agreement.
